ANNOUNCEMENT

Montebello Housing Development Corporation, MHDC is a non-profit HUD certified through its NCLR affiliation. MHDC proposes use of Federal HUD funds up to $6,500,000 to form a Housing Consortium in the San Gabriel Valley and the Gateway Cities of Southeast Los Angeles County to;

a. establish financing mechanisms for purchase and redevelopment of foreclosed homes, and to         

b. acquire, land bank, and rehab REO’s and address blighted structures.
